FAQ

It's common that a web site includes a FAQ section. It?s also common that the FAQ is a database driven. FAQ does exactly this. For a modest price you get a table, a GTM to administer the questions and answers table and a front-end page. These products combined make an easy to replicate FAQ page with search, keyword highlighting, and paging capabilities. You can define how many questions per page appear and the product will show Previous and Next buttons to browse to your FAQ if it?s large enough. When you use the search feature, FAQ will highlight the keywords found in the question or answer fields.

Through the "faq configuration settings" you may modify how to display FAQ content. There are 3 different layouts:
Layout 1: This layout displays a list of categories with their corresponding questions and answers on the same page. You can define how many questions per page will be displayed and the page will show previous and next buttons to browse to your FAQ answer fields. Layout 2: This layout displays a list of categories on the same page. When the user selects one category of interest a new page is displayed showing the questions within that category with their corresponding answers. Layout 3: This layout allows to classify questions by categories. The user will see a list of questions by categories and the answer will be displayed on a separate page. This page will display the category, the answer and the question.
You may also specify if you desire the search option enable or disable on the faq page. To enable the search option you must check the box of the ?Enable search option?. If you enable the search option the user will see the search option displayed on the faq page. If you want to disable the search option the user will see only the faq content without the functionality to search by keywords.

For the moment, there are no questions and answers yet.
